Supreme Court rejects limits on corporate spending in electoral campaigns

I think there should be a requirement for the politicians to wear patches on their suits like race car drivers do so we can know just who they are owned by.

G. Gordon Liddy On Sotomayor: ‘Let’s Hope That The Key Conferences Aren’t When She’s Menstruating’

Supreme Court Justice Souter To Retire

It will be interesting to see who Obama picks to replace Souter.    Souter, a Republican, was appointed in 1990 by George H.W. Bush.  Souter surprised Bush and the Republicans by joining the more liberal wing of the court.
