I can’t say that Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday as it seems to be centered around food and food isn’t a driving force in my life, but nevertheless, I will spend hours making yeast bread and candied yams to take to our family get together tomorrow.  It will be a large gathering of family..and will probably include some of the holiday conflicts that plague most large families.  But, in spite of the family squabbles, it’s still fun and it’s still family and for that I am thankful.
