So,  it comes to an end and Sammy can return to the obscurity he previously enjoyed – until his next scheme.  He admitted previously to posting stories that were complete fabrications in order to gain hits to his blog and I doubt seriously this Michelle Obama tape claim and the Iman doc claim will be the last.   I have every idea he is sitting back congratulating himself for scamming Americans for 3 months and wondering what he can pull next.  You can call it reaping what you sow or karma, but it boils down to the same thing – Sammy will eventually cross a line he can’t find his way back over and the chickens will come home to roost.

API has had a story – a Michelle Obama tape that was to be aired by Fox News Network. Time has come to move on and all good hearted people should join hands and give full support to the couple and allow them to have their time at the top without unnecessary revelations that only serve to distract and derail concentration of the mind that is required in the job at the White House.

This is why API will now drop the release of the Michelle Obama tape and the Imam’s document on Obama and join all peace loving people in cheering and supporting the new president. People are allowed to change their mind and give support to leaders who really seem to take leadership seriously like Obama.

Back in 1996, Art Bell of Coast to Coast AM (late-night syndicated radio talk show) interviewed a man known only as “Bugs” who gave his account of shooting and burying two Bigfoot creatures back in the 1970s. Please view at least a portion of the video:

Yes, Ed Hale is the elusive Bugs that the Bigfoot “community” has been trying to identify for many years.

In this Art Bell interview with Bugs, bigfoot hunter and researcher Robert W. Morgan is included in the interview. There are 10 videos in this series and in the interview it is revealed that Bugs gave a map to Art Bell detailing where the two creatures were buried and some discussion that Bugs would allow Art Bell to turn the map over to Robert W. Morgan. As late as August 2007, Robert W. Morgan was trying to find “Bugs”:

A few years ago I appeared with you on the Art Bell Show. I was then a frequent guest on Art’s show. He had asked that I listen to your report of your encounter with the Bigfoot that had turned both violent and deadly. You and some friends purportedly had killed both a male and a female Bigfoot. I was asked to render an opinion both as a recognized authority on the subject but also as a fellow veteran familiar with the stress that can follow combat.

According to your story, you and some buddies had been out running a trap line or such and had come upon two of those entities whom I have come to call the Forest Giant People. One of your friends had opened fire for reasons of their own. As a Vietnam vet, you had learned the hard way what bullets can do to flesh. Having wounded one of the Bigfoot and having sympathy for its suffering, you followed the trail into a dense thicket. There you discovered a female tending to her mortally wounded male companion. The website that broke this story of Bugs being Ed Hale THE REGULATOR apparently has a comment left on their website by Ed Hale:

I have to wonder what “Bugs” purpose was for revealing the shooting of the 2 bigfoot creatures when he virtually disappeared after the airing of the show. The map has never been revealed and his identity was never revealed until someone heard these videos and outed Bugs as being Ed Hale.

Bugs would have us believe he came forward because of deep remorse and guilt, but that remorse and guilt went only as far as talking on the radio. Was it remorse and guilt that led Bugs to confess on the radio?

From Michelle Obama tapes to the remains of bigfoot we are often asked to set aside our intellect and asked to just believe because someone sounds sincere……but we are well served when we are skeptical when dealing with unverifiable information. And isn’t it telling that so many of those who promote conspiracies of all kinds somehow intersect at some point in time?

Before I begin, I would like to thank Sage once again for allowing me to contribute on her site. Secondly, you will find some of my source is in Norwegian language. After reading “My work with the Norwegian Police Unit” from Sammy’s biography, one would agree Sammy should be awarded the “Best Police Officer of the Year”. In reality Sammy was far from it. In this final part, I will conclude my research on Sammy Korir’s biography.

The story began with an unidentified junior police inspector who worked at Gardermoen police station. For two years, he saw corruption in his office. In January 2008, he decided to be the whistle blower and sent the Police, Justice and Internal Revenue Officials each an anonymous letter. It contained damaging accusations against his superiors and colleagues in PU, Gardermoen police station and Romerike police station. Immediately Chief Ingrid Wirum, the head of Immigration Police Unit (PU), conducted an internal investigation. The media was kept out of this investigation until April 24th, 2008. However, full revelation was unveiled on June 2nd, 2008.

As to date, Norway is hosting about 13,600 asylum seekers, while processing their applications(SOURCE ). Norwegian Immigration department has to identify and verify the information of each applicant is true before granting asylum visa. If their applications were rejected, these foreigners would be returned to their home country. In 2007, 2,187 illegal aliens in total were escorted out by Norwegian police officers. Out of the total, 1,237 of them were transported by flight. This means an average of three illegal aliens were sent out by flight each day in 2007. The whistle blower claimed many of his colleagues had applied for personal airline miles reward/bonus cards. They then put all the accumulated flight mileage from work towards these cards. Later, they reaped the benefits of the bonus cards for themselves and their families. All these were done with the blessing and approval of their superiors. This letter was later revealed by a Norwegian media, Dagsvisen, on April 25th , 2008 and April 26th, 2008. Ragnvald Berggrav, a senior spokesman for Ministry of Government Administration, expressed such act was not permitted and one could be terminated if found guilty. In the letter, the accuser also stated PU officers sent back illegal aliens “compulsively”.

On April 24th, 2008, Wirum held a press conference and made her investigations public. Wirum carefully withheld some information since investigation was on going at that time. Wirum also revealed another part of her investigation that “a police officer by the Immigration Police Unit (PU) has been put under investigation for irregular contact with an external consultant.”

While Wirum refused to disclose further information about this external consultant, Gudbrandsdølen Dagningen (Norwegian media) revealed, “the man, who is in fifty years, has lived in Norway for years. He is considered to be a controversial figure in some immigrant communities and has several lawsuits behind him – even with the police. He has also been investigated for misuse of public funds, according to TV 2″

Oddly enough African Press International who has covered at least 37 articles about immigration issues by April 2008 did not report about Wirum’s investigation. You guess it right, Sammy was the “external consultant”. In the summer of 2007, Wirum was warned about Sammy’s involvement in PU. In February, Wirum received another alarming message from Oslo Police Department regarding Sammy misusing his police ID. She immediately ordered his police ID to be confiscated, but only learned the mission was failed in March 2008. Dagbladet provided more shocking news of Sammy’s inappropriate use of police ID in the public:

“Dagbladet can confirm from other sources that Sammy Korir more times to have used police ID in the city of Oslo. Among other to two comrades have met Sammy Korir of a kebab restaurant in Oslo last fall. The men living at the 4-time one night last fall for Dennis Kebab in Karl Johans gate, Oslo. It will shortly be a Intermesso between Sammy Korir, and two other people – two men from Rockingham. These men notified the Oslo police about that Korir had identified with police ID. But when the police came up to the place they found not Korir’s police ID. Despite the fact that at least four witnesses had confirmed that Korir fans with police ID.”

Over loaded with ten thousand plus applications, PU resorted to hire external consultants to investigate and verify the true identity of asylum applicants. These consultants were not considered to be PU employees; therefore, they only had limited access to PU premises and PU files. Their payments came from a specific PU budget instead of regular payroll. Through time, Wirum found more startling truth about Sammy. Most Norwegian media speculated Sammy’s employment was purposely hidden by two PU police officers from their leaderships, even though Wirum refused to comment on it. Sammy was supposed to be hired as an external consultant in February 2007, but he was given all the privileges of a secret police. Sammy was issued a police ID, permission of entering PU premises freely, and easy access to all PU files. Yet Sammy did not draw his salary from payroll like other police officers. His payment came from the budget specified for external consultant instead. With both suspended police officers’ support, Sammy boldly claimed himself to be a secret police agent. However, Wirum firmly stated to Dagbladet, “It is completely normal that the police are using external consultants. Korir has never carried out police duties. He has never been involved when it is used coercive means.”

Wirum also found Sammy incompetent in his work. Dagbladet reported on June 2nd, 2008, “The authorities in the African country where an applicant was tried returned, refused to release the man into the country despite the fact that he was provided with travel documents from the country’s embassy in Denmark.” Wirum confirmed it and mentioned all Sammy’s cases had to be reexamined. Sammy along with both police officers who had hired him were suspicious of bribery also. Sammy was further accused of misusing the police ID traveling all over Norway and abroad without Wirum’s authorization.

In late April 2008, Wirum finally ordered Sammy to be dismissed and his police ID was to be confiscated for good. Both police officers involving Sammy were suspended. On June 2nd, 2008, the media had a field day with Sammy once his identity was revealed. Dagbladet reported this ordeal for days. Sammy refused Dagbladet’s interview. What happened to Sammy’s motto “sometimes bad publicity is good publicity”?

Sammy retaliated. He wrote letters to Minister of Justice, Knut Storberget and Minister of Labor, Bjarne Haakon Hanssen on April 4th, 2008. In the letter, Sammy condemned PU officers for their poor performances and bragged about his own contribution to PU. Sammy claimed he had allegedly been working on 47 cases in total, solved 32 and sent 19 home. This letter was revealed to Dagbladet later. Sammy also informed PU that they owed him an outstanding fee of 200,000 million, and accused Chief Wirum of being racist against him. Sammy also threatened PU for possible civil lawsuits. Opposed to Sammy exaggeration, the suspended police officer stated Sammy was probably working on about 20 cases. Wirum also responded that Sammy was paid 170 000 kronene for all his work, and PU did not owe him any wages.

Unfortunately,Sammy’s mess did not end with Wirum and the suspended police’s interviews. A 25 year old asylum seeker by the name of Emanuel Agara recognized Sammy’s picture in Dagbladet Newspaper. Agara was originally from Liberia, and fled to Ghana with his mother during war time.

He sought asylum from Norwegian Government in 2003 but later expressed the desire of going back to his home country. PU refused to believe Agara was from Liberia due to Sammy’s faulty information. Dagbladet’s had an interview with Agara; hence “Deliberately Dumping Emanuel in Ghana” was published on June 3rd, 2008.

“I recognize the man,” said Emanuel Agara when he can see the picture of Sammy Korir who were on the pressure in the Dagbladet yesterday.

“He was on the asylum camp in the Trandum, along with a Norwegian policeman. They talked to my roommates, and offered him money and stay in Sweden in exchange for him to tell them where I came from,” said Agara.

Not once, but twice Agara was sent to Ghana instead of Liberia. The first time occurred on June 22nd, 2007, and Ghanaian government refused Agara’s entry. Norwegian police officers were forced to take Agara back to Norway. Even all the surveys indicated Agara was from Liberia, Sammy insisted his research was accurate. Shortly after, Agara was accompanied to Ghana again. Agara accounted his misfortune in the same article,

“This time was even worse. I was put in handcuffs and fast link. They would not even drop me to the toilet,”says Emanuel.
When the Norwegian policemen arrived in Ghana, once again realized that the Ghana authorities did not come to discharge Emanuel into the country.
“Policemen went to a hotel in the city, while I was locked inside the cell at the airport. I might even have to pay for my stay there,”said Emanuel.

“Four days later the policemen had decided to go back to Norway. It was agreed that they would take me back, but Ghanaian police suddenly realized that they were leaving without me,” said Emanuel.
The Ghanaian police did however put Emanuel on the same plane with the Norwegian policemen to Amsterdam. While four of them traveled on business class, Emanuel was plunged into the end in the plane. When they finally came back to Gardermoen, says Emanuel that the police do not want to give him his luggage and went from him with no more than 50 dollars in his pocket. Fortunately, there was a bus driver took him to Oslo.”

Agara’s lawyer, Preben Kløv Mountains, was dismayed with his client’s mistreatment and demanded answers from PU and Ghanaian Government. Dagbladet revealed Kløv Mountains’ discovery in July 2007 from two Ghanaian immigration officials in the same article:
“Both were independent of each other, noting that Ghanaian authorities finally decided to reject Agara as a citizen Ghana, and that he therefore must return with the police to Norway. Representative Yaboah made it clear that the Norwegian police do not have any authority in Ghana, and he announced that Agara now expected to fly back to Norway. It was from Immigration authorities also expressed great indignation in relation to the handling of the case from Norwegian politis page. Indignasjonen was linked in part to that Norwegian police do not seem to want to accept Ghana government’s decision. ”
The letter from last year, it is also a reference to the probably Korirs involvement in this matter. “Moreover expressed (Ghanaian police, editor.) irritation over that the Norwegian politis page was used by a third-party allegedly Kenyan ancestry, who should have behaved more or less as a face Ghanaian authorities. Request for your report on who he is, his accession to the Norwegian police authorities, and what role he may have had. “

As you can see, the Ghanaian Immigration officials were not pleased with Sammy’s work and questioned his role in PU also. Due to Dagbladet’s coverage on Agara, the police officer who offered money to Agara’s cellmate was suspended by Wirum the following day. His attorney, Vegard Åløkke, confirmed the news was true. I hope you have arrived at the conclusion as I did that Sammy Korir is a fraud. Many Norwegians ignored Kenyan government’s warning against Sammy in 1987, and were fooled by Sammy. Many more ignored Norwegian media’s warning, and were recently fooled by Sammy. I hope we all have learned some things from API saga. One should always find out the source and author of any conspiracy theory instead of believing it blindly. We SHOULD NEVER give out private information to a stranger on line.

I found the first part of this article was much easier to put together due to limited information on Sammy’s earlier life. I believe Sammy did much more than I can find on line. Having said that, I had a headache trying to sort Sammy’s activities from year 2000 onwards. I was literally buried with information.

Sammy has been known in Norway to be a bar dweller. According to Ham Galabuzi, a prominent Norwegian-Kenyan businessman, “Korir was in Eskpressen pub, where he normally sits four days every week for the past 10 years…”. You can read more about his encounters with Sammy HERE.   In 2002, Sammy decided owning a bar was the way to go and opened Safari 54 Club in Oslo. I have yet to meet any devout “Christian man” who owns a night club. Do you notice Sammy is always the exception in all scenarios? Sammy possibly faced financial hardship in the midst of it, and sought business partner in Mashada, a Kenyan forum (SOURCE).I only found one other source concerning Safari Club, HERE .

According to Sammy’s profile he owned the business until 2003,  and after what appears to be a failed business, Sammy tried many ways to make himself visible in his community. Sammy has created an intellectual façade by actively vocalizing his bizarre opinions over current events through news media; for examples, Sammy wrote to Dagbladet editor and blasted the UDI director, Trygve G. Nordby ridiculously in March 2003.

Please bear in mind Sammy seems to be the sole member of Rainbow Foundation, no sign of even one staff or volunteer. Is it possible for one person to run such diversified organization? A non-profit organization generally has board members holding those in charged accountable financially and ethically. Board members and annual financial report are usually made public. Where is Rainbow Foundation’s annual financial report? Who is on the board? Who is holding Sammy accountable?

Many unidentified API staff pictures are found on API FrontPage. I have a sneaking suspicion most of them do not exist, much less his 19 monitors. How does Sammy run his daily business without help? Sammy claimed all the advertisement found on API sites were free, how did he pay his alleged 19 staff and expenses? My logical mind says it is impossible. My conclusion API is just like Rainbow Foundation, a shell to cover up Sammy’s true identity, a fraud.

Once again, I will be re-examine parts Sammy’s self-composed “humble” biography, since Sammy repeatedly encourages me to write with his life-long motto, “sometimes bad publicity is good publicity.” Furthermore, I have been forgiven so many times by Sammy, I personally feel I owe him at least one more article. Yes, Sammy indeed a “gracious” person who have in the past black-mailing Dagbladet reporters with prostituting charge and lawsuit, after they reported about his shady past in June, October and November of this year. I was personally threatened by “merciful” Sammy numerous times from lawsuit to physical harms. Please understand those who still believe, Sammy is not one bit bitter nor has sleepless night according to his biography and recent article. I hope this article will help you to determine if Sammy is really living a guilt free life and has attained sainthood in Norway.

According to Dagbladet, Sammy, a Kenyan man, first stepped on Norwegian soil in 1975 to attend District College of Molde. Unlike many predicted that Sammy lives in a dungeon with no family members, Sammy does have family members. Dagbladet also stated that during this time, Sammy married a native Norwegian woman but ended divorcing her. I suspect Sammy obtained his Norwegian citizenship through this marriage, this fact is yet to be determined.

From all the information I have gathered, Sammy perhaps remarried again in the mid 80s, and have at least 4 children from both of his marriages. Most of them are grown adults now and some with established career/family. His youngest is in her teens. Sammy’s current marital status is unknown. Since his family members are not part of Rainbow Foundation/API scam, I will leave their names out unless proven otherwise in the future. Therefore, I will not be enclosing my source about his family members.

According to Adult Education to Samis, “the Sami Conference in 1971 expressed that folk high schools, voluntary education and adult education for Samis should be promoted” (http://home.online.no/~sveilund/skole/adeden3.htm). The Samis live in Karasjok County in Northern Norway (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Karasjok) . According to Sammy, he started to work for Karasjok County as a teacher from August 1978 until June 1979. From July 1979 to March 1981, Sammy was promoted to be the district adult education officer for Karasjok County. It was recorded by BBC on August 29, 1987,

“In 1980-81 Mr Korir was charged with grand embezzlement but the case was dropped when evidence got burnt in the office. Mr Korir reported that the cause of fire was a copying machine which had exploded. County official, Mr Sverre Oppdahl, in Karasjok reports that there were other reports against Mr Korir concerning money frauds.”

Five years later, Sammy faced the same charges by Kenyan Government in 1985-86. In the same article,

“He was arrested and charged in a court of law for stealing 3,000 shillings belonging to the students. He jumped bail and fled to Oslo, Norway. The government would like to state quite clearly that whatever Mr Korir is doing in Norway has nothing to do with the Kenya government. Mr Korir knows pretty well that he is a wanted criminal in Kenya to answer fraud charges. The people of Norway must be very careful in dealing with him.”

In January 1986, Sammy moved back to Norway to start his new life and hoped everyone has long forgotten his deed in Karasjok County. And Sammy also thought most probably no one will ever find out about his criminal background in Kenya. While waiting for his political career to surge, Sammy humbly working at a school as an English teacher from 1986 to 1987, and post office from 1987-1990. Sammy learned very quickly “sometimes bad publicity is not necessarily good publicity”. His troublesome background has caused him an opportunity working for President Moi in 1987. President Moi publicly denounced his relationship with Sammy after international news media mocked and shamed Moi for using a con man as his envoy in Norway. In 1990, Sammy made another attempt to win Moi’s favor by publicly supporting Moi’s decision of shutting down Norwegian Embassy in Nairobi. Sammy was brushed aside by Moi once again. Sammy did not post any jobs between 1990-1996 in his resume. In 1992, Sammy became infamous in Norway when he was declared a “sjarlatan” by Supreme Court. In 1996, Sammy resurfaced from 6 years of hiatus. From supporting Moi’s violating human rights, Sammy switched gear and formed a humanitarian organization, Rainbow Foundation, in 1996. Sammy was and still is a classic case of an opportunist. Sammy gained some attention by publicly condemning the Norwegian Health Department not doing enough for the African residents in Norway. It is the same tactic he used for condemning all local and international media for boycotting Moi in 1987.

Sammy said in his biography, “The Norwegian State has poured a lot of Money to the organization and we have done our job.” Not so according to Norwegian board of Health. In the early stage of Rainbow Foundation, “the organization had used a hundred thousand dollars in violation of the conditions”. Against their better judgement, Norwegian board of Health gave Rainbow Foundation 1.5 million worth of state fund to organize workshops pertaining AIDS education between 1996-2000. All the workshops supposed to be held in Stavanger, Bergen, Trondheim and Tromsoe did not happen. The fund was distributed to himself as income, and the rest as entertaining fee—dining in fine restaurant and drinking in pubs.

Despite of Sammy’s claim in his biography, “there was no truth in the accusation. If there was, I would have been punished.” Norwegian news media, NRK, reported Rainbow Foundation was investigated. When Rainbow Foundation being investigated in 2000, Sammy’s computer conveniently crashed and lost all the account information. As the result, Norwegian board of Health immediately stopped their funding to Rainbow Foundation. Sammy did try to appeal, but to no avail. Sammy applied for state fund in 2001 and was rejected again. In 1996, Aftenpost reported Rainbow Foundation was not registered with NGO. All NGO non-profit organizations can be found on NGO Norway, except Sammy’s Rainbow Foundation. Sammy claimed he was unjustly reported by his “enemies”, the Norwegian media—in this case Aftenpost, NRK and Dagbladet, due to their jealousy of him; however, Sammy failed to disclose the reasons of such immense jealousy.

Poor Sammy, he is the most unlucky man in this Universe. So far, Sammy claimed he has been wrongly accused and charged for grand embezzlement twice in the 80s, declared a Charlatan and his Rainbow Foundation was investigated a few times in the 90s. All Norwegian media is very jealous of him for no good reason. OR is Sammy refused to take responsibilities for his own actions? Is Sammy’s lifelong motto, “sometimes bad publicity is good publicity” pending out for him so far? Shouldn’t Sammy be thanking the media for giving him bad publicity all these years? Why would he black-mailing Dagbladet reporters November this year, if he truly measure his success by bad publicity? If so, Sammy should not be complaining for being “abused” when the media uncovered the truth about Sammy, a fraud.

And as for me having anything to do with the “spamming” of Sammy’s site, well, that’s an old song that wasn’t true before and isn’t true now.  Try a new schtick Sammy.

In an article that is condescending, insulting and threatening to his supporters, Sammy points out it has been 2 months since the start of the Michelle Obama scam. Think about that folks….2 MONTHS Sammy has been lying, dodging, and blaming everyone from Fox News to his readers for his failure to produce the non-existent tape.

I know that some of his readers, if not all, hate me for what they felt was an unfair attack on him, and I get that, but believe it or not I am not the enemy. I would like to know how they feel now that Sammy is threatening them with the revelations of their personal photos, comments, emails phone numbers and addresses in a book to be written by the elusive and unstable Jimmy. Jimmy who bans at the drop of the hat and who mocks the people in chat is writing a tell all book about the emotions of Americans during the election.

How did this slimy Kenyan turned Norwegian manage to insinuate himself into American elections? How did he manage to hook so many people with his scam…..well, he told them what they wanted to hear. Sammy capitalized on the fear and emotions, sucked people in with a typical scam artists tricks of pretending to be a friend, and now will use those relationships to further promote his site and himself.  In other words, HE USED HIS READERS and manipulated them.

I am truly disgusted beyond belief with his arrogance, sense of self-importance and display of his true disrespect for his readers and supporters, not to mention all Americans. Just WHO does he think he is that HE has the ability to heal a nation that he has no connection to?

Words fail me to describe the sliminess of this individual and my loathing for him.

The Michelle Obama tape gave hope to many Americans during the run up to the presidential elections between John McCain and Barack Obama. The hope has not become minimal even after over one month since the elections took place.

Having known what some of the contents are, many American voters wished to have the tape released before the elections, hoping to influence the elections between the two men. The release of the tape was not to be, before the elections because a deal struck between Fox News Network and API never materialised due to sabotage still being investigated by API.

The famous essayist (and misanthrope) H.L. Mencken once said, “No one ever went broke underestimating the intelligence of the American public.”

We’re not particularly fond of Mencken’s viewpoint. It’s often not stupidity that causes people to lose money by falling into scammers’ traps, but desperation, greed and — very often — lack of knowledge and information.

For example, even the smartest, most educated people have been duped by phishing scams, which lead them to websites that are almost identical to those posted by reputable merchants and financial institutions. Especially when phishing scams started, many people were fooled… unless they knew how to spot the scams. SOURCE

If it sounds improbable it probably is. If it sounds too good to be true, it is. If it requires you believe instead of seeing, don’t.
