Outside Debate, Rand Paul Supporter Stomps On Head Of Woman From MoveOn.org

This is what has happened to political discourse in this country. Not only was the woman’s head stepped on but she was groped as well. See photo below. Somebody needs to go to jail to sexual assault and assault and battery.

Outside the Rand Paul-Jack Conway debate for the U.S. Senate seat from Kentucky, a Paul supporter stomped on a woman associated with the liberal group MoveOn.org.

People in the crowd pulled the woman’s blonde wig off her head. She claimed to be presenting Paul with an award from RepubliCorp. It’s a group created by move-on that focuses on what it calls the merger between corporate America and the Republican Party.

“I’m here to present Rand Paul with the Employee of the Month award, however his supporters were not very nice to me and my message which is same as everyone else. I got my head stepped on and I have a bit of a headache,” said Lauren Valle, MoveOn.org.

    I think Eugene Robinson said it best in a tweet the other day:
    “Fascist” is an overused/misused word but tell me how to describe the political impulse to stomp on a defenseless woman’s head.

    Hi Terri! Long time, no see. It’s good to see you again. I agree. How do you describe the political impulse to literally stomp on the head of a defenseless woman just for speaking a different point of view?

    Terri Reply:

    @Sage, or “arrest” a reporter for trying to ask a question.

    Sage Reply:

    Yes, I forgot about that. By-the-way, are you the one that sent me the Olberman link? I didn’t recognize the email address. If it was you, thanks. If not, thanks to the person who did send it.

    Terri Reply:

    @Sage, Nope. It wasn’t me.

    Sage Reply:

    Okay. I just like to thank people when they send me a link. I, of course, emailed the person back but I just don’t know who it was so I can’t give them attribution in the post.
