Another Day, Another ‘Birther’ Forgery
Not content to make an ass of herself just once, Orly Taitz goes back into court with yet another Obama Kenyan birth certificate. The source of the certificate is none other than Lucas Smith who tried to sell an Obama birth certificate on Ebay…….gosh, Orly, what could be wrong there?
“Birther” is the name that’s been used for those who believe Barack Obama was not born in the United States and is not a natural born citizen. Every attempt to prove Obama was born somewhere other than Hawaii has failed and I think most of the country thinks the birthers are probably the same people who claim to have been abducted by aliens. The birther claim completely ignores the fact that Hawaii state officials have verified that Obama was born in Hawaii and his birth certificate from Hawaii is in fact genuine.

Josh Gerstein is all over the Justice Department’s filing in Orly Taitz’s latest “birther” lawsuit. Taitz’s suit includes — not as evidence, but as something she wants the court to verify — a ridiculously obvious forgery of a 1961 Kenyan birth certificate, obtained by a man who identifies himself as “Lucas Smith, an American,” who debuted the certificate via a shaky, “Blair Witch Project”-style video before submitting it to Taitz.
How do we know it’s a forgery? Because in a lengthy article on the case, WorldNetDaily notes that it “has reported on an authentic 1961-era Kenyan birth certificate, which looks distinctly different from the document Smith released in the video.” Not that this prevented them from headlining the new story “Panic in D.C.?”
This is a birth certificate that WND claims is a genuine Kenya birth certificate.
For answers to more claims made by the birthers please see the Anti-Birthers Cove, a joint project between Barga of Whalertly blog and myself.

Also, didn’t the Birthers claim that a “certificate of Birth” doesn’t count… hmmm, then why do they have one

Good point although I guess they will explain how it is different since it’s Kenyan. Who knows what these morons will come up with next?

Sometimes I just have to wonder what really is behind all the anti-Obama sentiment. Is it that he is just someone who doesn’t break a sweat? Someone who lets others, “carry the papers for him”? Is it that pragmatically he is someone who lets other carry the “voice” for him? Is it that he is half-white, half-black which in the United States translates not to “mulato”, not to “creole” but to Black? Is it that his seven months + in office identify him as being more pro-corporations than pro-people? Is it that Howard Dean handed him the throne on a golden platter? Is it that some view him as a smooth operator? I don’t know what all this raw sentiment against him is. I do know that many who sweat their lives out for him, like David Swanson, are not so pro-Obama at this point.

In my own personal experience, I have found when you scratch the surface of the anti-Obama people you find a racist lurking beneath the surface. Just as we found out how many sexists there are in the country when Hillary Clinton ran for president we have found just how deep racism still runs in this country. The fact that Obama is a “liberal” is just the icing on the cake for a lot of his opponents.

I don’t know where Obama was born nor do I care but anytime anyone spends close to a million dollars to keep all of his personal papers sealed is a sure sign for a red flag warning. Even young people see that as “hiding something”. I would have to agree with them. What is he hiding? And, how can anyone be trusted who refuses to reveal who he is. Obama reminds me of a person who has been put into a Federal Witness Program. Kinda spooky, that.

Lonni….he’s already shown his Hawaii birth certificate and Hawaii state officials verified it as authentic. What else should he have to do? The President of the United States shouldn’t cave in to batshit crazy people and jump through hoops for them….it only encourages them to pull more crazy stuff.

“…anytime anyone spends close to a million dollars to keep all of his personal papers sealed is a sure sign for a red flag warning.”
His lawyers are working pro bono (free). As I understand it, lawyers are required to put in a certain number of pro bono hours.
“And, how can anyone be trusted who refuses to reveal who he is.”
So then your birth certificate, medical records, and school records going back to kindergarten are published on the internet?

Maybe Orly Taitz and Dan Rather ought to get together and compare notes.
