If you’ll notice, I copied this article that was updated at 11:29 (see below) and at 11:39 ABC re-wrote it and changed the headline. Evidently ABC doesn’t really know what the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission actually said. Was it MAY BE Racially motivated or the original WAS racially motivated?
