But since mom did take him back, then there will be no big standoff and guns drawn BS when they find them hiding out in a grove of trees somewhere. That would have been a nightmare. No one should have the religious right to kill their child and yes there is precedent for the judge issuing the warrant. I think the parents have every right to choose their own treatment for themselves but not to condemn this child to an agonizing death out of stupidity. As for the Gardisil vaccine....we have a number of vaccines required by the government for children to attend school. Why the hysteria over Gardisil? I too, have gone back and forth on the issue. I found this site as I was trying to educate myself more on the alternative medicine his mother wanted to use. I live in El Paso Tx. and I know many people travel to Mexico, just across the border,to recieve alternative medicine for cancer. I don't know what the statistics on the alternative therapies are, but I think these alternatives are more of a last ditch effort to rid the body of the diesease...i love things that make me think!? it has been interesting reading this dicussion!
