Phil Berg files a lawsuit against ORLY TAITZ, DEFEND OUR FREEDOMS FOUNDATIONS, INC., YOSEF TAITZ, THE SANKEY FIRM, SANKEY INVESTIGATIONS, INC., NEIL SANKEY, JAMES SUNDQUIST, ROCK SALT PUBLISHING, LINDA SUE BELCHER, EDGAR HALE, CAREN HALE, PLAINS RADIO NETWORK, BAR H FARMS, KPRN AM 1610.

I tried to read the whole complaint, really I did, but it reads like a he said, she said high school fight.  I’m just surprised Sammy isn’t in the middle of the whole thing.  If you happen to like this type of thing there are some interesting emails from Ed (Bugs) Hale to Momma E.  Frankly, I find it rather amusing that the very people who have been the leaders in the war against Barack Obama are now turning on each other and eating their own.  It will be quite interesting to see what happens with the law suit….Berg hasn’t had much of a winning streak lately.

Accusations of slander and libel, accusations of web sites and PayPal accounts hacked….this suit has it all except for illicit sex.

Birther civil war

The vast, but rather low-impact, movement of people who believe (without evidence) that Barack Obama was born outside the United States appears — in the way of such movements — to have developed its own internal divisions.

In particular, its East Coast faction, led by lawyer Philip Berg, has filed suit against its West Coast chief, Orly Taitz, accusing her of libel and other crimes for, among other things, calling Berg a “shyster.”
