According to CNN the Illinois House has voted to impeach Gov. Rod Blagojevich by a vote of 114-1 with 3 abstaining. The impeachment proceedings now go to the Illinois Senate. The governor allegedly tried to sell Barack Obama’s senate seat.
CNN reports that Blagojevich will hold a press conference later today.

Unfortunately the news on the economy isn’t looking up and it doesn’t appear it will anytime real soon.
