Sammy’s Good Life in Norway, Part 2 by Guest Author Grace
The following is by Guest Author Grace. Many thanks to Grace for her tireless and amazing research.
I found the first part of this article was much easier to put together due to limited information on Sammy’s earlier life. I believe Sammy did much more than I can find on line. Having said that, I had a headache trying to sort Sammy’s activities from year 2000 onwards. I was literally buried with information.
Sammy has been known in Norway to be a bar dweller. According to Ham Galabuzi, a prominent Norwegian-Kenyan businessman, “Korir was in Eskpressen pub, where he normally sits four days every week for the past 10 years…”. You can read more about his encounters with Sammy HERE. In 2002, Sammy decided owning a bar was the way to go and opened Safari 54 Club in Oslo. I have yet to meet any devout “Christian man” who owns a night club. Do you notice Sammy is always the exception in all scenarios? Sammy possibly faced financial hardship in the midst of it, and sought business partner in Mashada, a Kenyan forum (SOURCE).I only found one other source concerning Safari Club, HERE .
According to Sammy’s profile he owned the business until 2003, and after what appears to be a failed business, Sammy tried many ways to make himself visible in his community. Sammy has created an intellectual façade by actively vocalizing his bizarre opinions over current events through news media; for examples, Sammy wrote to Dagbladet editor and blasted the UDI director, Trygve G. Nordby ridiculously in March 2003.
19. March 2003
UDI and illegal work
I read it 13 March a post signed by the UDI director Trygve G. Nordby, titled “UDI does not accept illegal work. ” I agree with him that UDI fundamentally do not agree illegal work, but I also think that he knows much more than that he expresses, because it is illegal workers in many Norwegian home. Therefore, I choose the cardinal to support criticism against the Norwegian families who use foreign Hushjelper to resolve their own problems. Associate Professor Lise Widding is right. This happens, and it is not impossible to trace the families that make it. These families should be arrested and punished. They help to weaken the law that must be practiced equally to all. Most which make use of illegal maid are people in high positions in this society. I ask now UDIs director specifically what he will do if he received tips on some high-ranking Norwegian families who use
of illegal maid.Sammy Korir
Illegal MARKET: Most people who avail themselves of illegal maid, are people in high positions, writing submitter. Dagbladet 10 March
Through my research, I have found Rainbow Foundation to be chameleon like and frequently conformed to suit Sammy’s agenda. When he formed Rainbow Foundation in 1996, he never truly defined the role of Rainbow Foundation other than it was a humanitarian organization. Below are some examples I have discovered online.
Health
* Involving in AIDS awareness between 1996-2000. Refer to Sammy’s good life in Norway Part 1.
* Recently Sammy claimed it to be a Norway Chapter of Rainbow Foundation in New Jersey. Please read Sage’s coverage HERE.
* Current Rainbow Foundation blog:
“Promoting health education focusing on Protective measures on the spread of HIV and assisting AIDS affected people through health programmes. The Foundation also gives direct help to children and youth who have become orphans on loosing their parents to AIDS.”
Immigration/Politics:
* A document in 1990s stated
Sammy Kourir in the Rainbow Foundation was disagrees: “We immigrants have nothing to hide. Only research on us. The problem for immigrants with other opinions than the majority is that we are not regarded as “one of us” longer “
* Current Rainbow Foundation Blog:
“Promotion of programmes that enhance cultural understanding between Immigrants and Norwegians living in Norway”
Community Social Club:
* In Senter for Frivilligs I Levanger (Volunteer Center in Levanger) 2005 newsletter,
Rainbow Foundation
Rainbow Foundation is an organization for individuals and
organizations, and will assert their view above society powers and major players. Rainbow Foundation also serves as competence in matters relating to culture and integration to do.
Journalism/Investigation:
* Sage first uncovered Sammy is a member of Investigative Reporters and Editors(IRE) back in October 31st, 2008 (The API Sage , Part 10). No information was given when he became a member. Possibly as early as 1994 when he became part of Press Club (presseklubben) in 1994. Notice Rainbow Foundation is in a different form, Rainbow New Bureau International.

* Current Rainbow Foundation blog:
“Promotion of small scale business ventures for the needy and assistance to the needy to set up small businesses in order to take a step forward and become self-reliant”
Education:
* The description below is identical to his educational business back in Kenya.

Since Rainbow Foundation lost its credibility through the years, Sammy had to find a new substitute. In September 2006, Sammy found a new medium–blogrolls for his schemes. With Mr. Osewe’s help and a few attempts, African Press in Norway (APN), was created on October 6th, 2006 using Wordpress. Sammy later changed the name to African Press International (API) on May 20th, 2007. Sammy stated API was opened by Rainbow Foundation. To gain attention and popularity, Sammy committed plagiarism and fabricated stories on API. Details about its formative years can be found below:
Email exposing Sammy Korir plagiarism
Through Sluggo’s research, he found Sammy teamed up with Beckwith and Ongeri conjuring up the “Michelle Obama Tape” hoax as early as February 2008. The hoax caught on American blog community on October 15th. Many people cast their hope on API’s empty promises for months. Sammy probably did not expect the attention. On the other hand, Sammy also received much resistance after failing to fulfill his promises, hence, our investigation began. I truly believe Sammy’s angle on Michelle Obama tape was always money. Beckwith and Ongeri’s are yet to be determined. Sage and Sluggo have more details:
The API Saga
Please bear in mind Sammy seems to be the sole member of Rainbow Foundation, no sign of even one staff or volunteer. Is it possible for one person to run such diversified organization? A non-profit organization generally has board members holding those in charged accountable financially and ethically. Board members and annual financial report are usually made public. Where is Rainbow Foundation’s annual financial report? Who is on the board? Who is holding Sammy accountable?
Many unidentified API staff pictures are found on API FrontPage. I have a sneaking suspicion most of them do not exist, much less his 19 monitors. How does Sammy run his daily business without help? Sammy claimed all the advertisement found on API sites were free, how did he pay his alleged 19 staff and expenses? My logical mind says it is impossible. My conclusion API is just like Rainbow Foundation, a shell to cover up Sammy’s true identity, a fraud.
Please stay tuned for the final part of my research.

Grace, this is great. Good job. It sounds like you’re making Scammy awful nervous.
I’ve been gone all day up to the lake house and church. My friend that was here last weekend came back yesterday to go to church with us today. I went back to the house and took a long nap and never even got my computer out of the car.
It’s good to be home though. Good night everyone. I’m headed to bed. I got a crazy cold while I was gone and I’m zonked.

I think Sammy/jimmy is trying to fade off into the sunset. I was watching the rather confusing chat today with at least 2 of the faithful cloned. One made a comment about Jimmy turning over the chat to the “faithful”. Lots of banning will be going on I am sure because the two talking are the ones that tell Jimmy who to ban now. “This has been a thought out plan to get rid of us before chief turns over control” “Today is the the day”
Meantime, back at the websites, nary a mention of Obama anything. Just loading up on other peoples articles about Africa.
December 29th, 2008 at 12:43 pm
Wiz, I do appreciate your reports! I don’t go either place any more. I do go to API Hoax every now and again, to see what others are finding out about Sammy. You’re our direct line to info.
I do hope they do close the chat site to others. They’ll soon bore themselves silly and the whole thing will collapse. I agree that Korir just doesn’t care any more. He’s moved on to something else. I just wish I could figure out what the “else” is.
drsharonschuetz Reply:

It won’t be long before we find out his newest “conquest.” He can’t stay out of the lime light for very long. He needs the publicity to pull off his scams. Wa-la, he’s been caught again.
Sage and crew have not only shut down that mess at API, but we’ve boxed him in so that he is going to be VERY limited in the future. First, people will be watching him. Second, when his name pops up on the radar, he’ll be easy to catch. Third, there is a long, wide, and very visible “paper” trail of proof of what he is. He can’t work in the dark anymore. He’s been brought into the light and too many people know it. Everything that’s been written about him will stay in the public domain. He can’t get rid of it.
Scammy needs to the shadows to operate. His shadow days are over.
Couldn’t a’ happened to a nicer guy. LOL

Wiz…this is another one comment Sammy made in 2004 for Kurt Nilsen, who won Norwegian version of American Idol. Something we can all laugh at Sammy.
Hobitt fordømmingsord
Du vant idol. You won idol. Want a meeting with you, not because you have been popular, but because I was wounded by one of the rituals during the competition that you are Hobbit!
Want to meet you personally. You can say no to that desire, but desire is serious and I have much to talk to you about, and hope that your agent has time and! I was even glad when I read today that you are my beloved country Kenya.

Just found out a very old friend of mine passed away. She was the grandmother of my college friend, and elderly. I got nervous when she did not reply my letters and missed my anniversary which she never ever forgotten for the last 12 years. I mailed out a Christmas card to her a few weeks ago hoping she was fine. Her son finally wrote to me and informed me of her passing back in October. My heart was just breaking when I held her obituary in my hand today. Her thoughtfulness and kindness is something I hope to attain one day.
A sad day for me…

When i was 16, i lost 3 grandparents within 12 months of each other, both maternal and remaining paternal. In college 2 years later in a philosophy course i wrote a paper about senior citizens that my professor went haywire on and loved. It was regarding giving respect to them even when they’re drivin 35 in the fast lane, etc.
I really still have almost no contact with any senior citizens, there are just none in my environment or family. Well my own parents are seniors now. Up until 3 years ago i sat for an old man with emphysema,,, and loved him so much. I was with him on sept 11, and he was so calm and telling me not to worry……..i’ve seen worse,,,, haha. I miss him ! But would not give ANYTHING for the time i did know him.
So Grace, count your blessings………she blessed your life !

A couple of years ago I wrote a letter to the editor of a local paper about the impatience so many people display toward senior citizen’s driving. I feel they have earned the right to a little respect and maybe we all need to slow down a bit and remember what that generation has given to us and our country.

Yes, I agree with you that we can learn so much from the senior citizens. She treated me just like one of her grandchild. I started corresponding with her when her husband passed away 12 years ago. She was very depressed and I encouraged her that if they had the assurance in Christ, they would reunited again in God’s time.
We were the traditional snailmail penpals and had never met. But exhanged pictures and everything through the years.
I will miss her but like I said to her 12 years ago. If we all are in Christ, there is no sad goodbyes but a happy hello in the future.

Bantyrb- Does the Shack take place in NE Oregon around lake Wallowa? My son in law is reading that. My brother lives in that area. That is a true story.
Lake Wallowa is where Chief Joseph began his final run. We were there this summer. Went up the mountain on the cable car. Alpine heights. The town of Joseph is really neat. Bronze statues on every corner and art galleries of mostly bronze works. We saw a huge statue of firemen being loaded out of a foundary.

Sammy’s final thesis for Hoax University in Scam Town:
api-excelling-high-as-the-year-2009-opens-tomorrow-and-api-will-focus-on-delivering-proof-on-the-michelle-obama-tape-saga-in-the-next-few-days
December 30th, 2008 at 8:53 pm
<Chief Editor Korir (left) wishes all the readers, a happy new year 2009.
In the last 3 months, API has excelled high in the blogsphere and has continued so uninterupted, being mentioned daily in many news organizations/channels online. Out of 3 million blogs, API was rated number 19900 in popularity of being mentioned worldwide daily and this is very encouraging and we hope it continues in the same way this coming year 2009.
API is open for any form of criticism and believes that all kinds of publicity bad or good depending on who is reading the information and depending on whether the information about API or API folks is written by API’s enemies or friends enhances API’s work and makes API known world-wide. Something we in API do cherish.
There are those who thought API was closing down and to their disappointment we are growing stronger as the days go by and will continue running two websites also in 2009.
The US politics caused approar and many did not know how to deal with us as we continued to pour news about the US leadership and the elections. This is something we will do also in the coming year to the detriment of thjose who would have liked to see us reduce our activities.
The Michelle Obama tape and the Imam document will be our focus in the next few days and the documents of proof on the two stories will be displayed for all readers to digest.
API started the stories and will close them with clear proof in order to ashame those who thought it was either a scam or a hoax.
We will open the year with the real facts on the Michelle tape and the Imam-Obama document and will ensure that readers get the real picture of what we have so that they may realise that API does not deal with hoaxery.
The documentation will go along way to prove the relationship that was between Fox News Network, The US lawyers and the the Canadian lawyers. API will produce evidence of the tape and the Imam document alongside the agreements signed by MBOs and the lawyers in a n effort to release the tape.
API will also make sure that the readers get the correct information on where the meetings took place, between whom and what actually took place during the meetings.
This will include the handing over of the tapes to three different personalities who were supposed to organise the airing of the tapes.
People will finally realise that API has been working very hard behind the scenes with a very good intention. API will produce proof of all agreements so that the readers may understand that they were not taken for a ride by anybody. They will realise that the blame of not releasing the tape and documents to this day is due to the Americans and the Canadian contacts involved in the issue.
The law firms that sabotaged the release of the tape for their own gain will be exposed.
There are those among API readers who think that we are about to hide ourselves. They will be very disappointed in 2009 because we will be very much active than we have been in 2008 and will dwell on high sensitive political issues touching on world security and governance. We are simply saying we are here to stay and those who are bothered by our existence may put their tail between their legs and surrender or continue to imagine our disappearance which will never come.
End.

December 30th, 2008 at 9:25 pm
The Inman Document and tape are proof. Not some document that says they exist. I would doubt the signature of the Pope on that.
